What's not to love about Michigan's upper peninsula. My wife and I cannot remember his name but one of the floor guys, treated us like royalty, He found my wife's lost cell phone. He was so full of energy. He made it an awesome anniversary trip. I love a staff member who is happy and glad that you are there. Thank you.

I love this place, its our mini vacation get away. However they messed up on changing sacys, it is not what it used to be. When we go and stay 4 or 5 days we do not want to eat the same food every day. Put it back to what it was. This last week we were there I seen about 20 people at the most that can't be making money. PUT IT BACK... also another great idea would be is open a small food stand that is open for 24 hrs. Alot of us like to gamble super late and if its past 11 pm there is no where around not even in the area to get food. Other then the food thing I love it, people are wonderful. Carl is also very helpful, and the sweet lady Monica at the hotel desk is great, she makes you feel at home. I was shocked she took time to remember me by name. Keep up the great service both of you and I will keep right on coming back.😁

Outstanding. I did not meet one employee who did not greet me with a smile (behind the mask). All friendly from the pitbosses, dealers, bar/drink staff, restaurant staff, cleaning staff, if I missed any one them too. Very pleasant experience and actually felt like everyone was happy we were there. You need to take the time to get to this casino you WILL NOT regret it.

Very disappointed. I have spent 100's of dollars here. Stayed every year for several years now. I have never been told that myself or anyone in my party that we were too loud. We were winning, we were having fun and than we were told we were too loud. I will not recommend this casino and resort to anyone I know and most likely will not be back. Not aloud to have fun.

Awesome! The staff is the friendliest around. Sacy's restaurant just reopened with a new menu and the food is so good and pleasantly presented. Well worth the price.
