These stars are for the (2) ladies that were working the front desk on (3/26/21) Tried to dig deep for the rest of our stay and truly found nothing! Checked in and now we look back with some issues that were not my party nor the front desks fault. However, other half was standing near the registration line and was having a cigarette (casino in lobby area is a smoke environment. As he blew his puff out, he had turned his head in the opposite direction. Fellow in line called security and shared with security that my friend had intentionally blew smoke in his face. Security were quick to escort him out the lobby doors. It just confirmed the feeling that we felt earlier at the initial check in.. That was also shared with security staff when we were spoken to. " Is it because I'm dark brown? And security stuttered through an answer but it was more like she was trying to reassure us. Even going so far to show us a tattoo on her neck as if she were a minority. Then upon reviewing the reservation receipt, we were charged a $75 fee opposed to the $50 fee found on the site that stated this and also the disclaimer that clearly stated it was a $50 fee. Brought up this discrepancy to front desk and was told that policy had changed the first of the month...???" funny how this site changes within minutes but failed to communicate these charges??? Also no microwave in rooms for guest use. Called down to the front desk and was told that there were one. Coffee machine in the room was covered with dust and some grime inside. Will make contact with HOTELS.Com in regards to the deposit fee amount misinformation
