Was at the casino on a weeknight. Was playing a slot and it could not "cash out" of the machine - technical problem. So put on the Service light. After waiting 10 minutes, my partner went to find a casino worker. They came over and said they would have to get their supervisor. Then after another 15 minutes, it was clear no one was going to come over. So we went to the casino cashier, explained the problem. Then 2 guys came over.after another 15 minute wait. They told s that for our trouble then would put $20 on my Ace Club Card. They never mentioned that was only good for 1 week (we both would have heard and remembered that). Came back to the casino several weeks later to find there was no $20 on the card. The 2 stars is a generous rating, considering the experience. The only good thing I have to say is that the Ace Deli food is good.
