No valet. Steak restaurant and bar closed. We had to drive to find a decent restaurant. And a $17 per day resort fee. This is not a resort. Where's the pool?

I enjoyed this casino. Did not win but never do. The turkey wrap sandwich is really good at the restaurant. The hotel room is comfortable and great views outside the window. I enjoyed myself, just relaxed.

Harrah's is well run & staff is friendly. Machines are currently shut done to ensure social distancing. I would rate 5 stars except I wish they had a better variety of games, especially penny machines. At the Joliet local bars, I have favorite games that I enjoy playing whether I win or not. They don't have these machines or games at Harrah's and it makes a big difference to me. I go to Harrah's with family who enjoy going and we make an afternoon out of it but if I ever want to play for myself, I go to the local bars to play the games I enjoy. I hope Harrah's can add more games or multiple game machines in the future.

I visited Harrah's in downtown Joliet in April of 2021. I had just left Hollywood Joliet dissatisfied after being treated rudely by staff member JoAnn who was managing the table games and her manager John. The difference between customer service and civility of employees between the two casinos is like day and night. Harrah's is superb! Lively, welcoming atmosphere with machines that work without issues. On-floor eateries are well-staffed with good food. Parking is very safe and easy. Again, there is no comparison between the failed Hollywood Casino in Joliet and the Harrah's facility. Thank you, Harrah's!!! (Hollywood, hire better and get your act together!)
