Normally everything goes good but last night I had a bad experience at the casino. I went out to meet my father-in-law for a guy's night out. We had some good dinner. I was doing pretty good on the slots. I was down a little, back up a little. I was sitting there playing a machine and out of nowhere the front door fell open on the machine and scraped down the front of my leg. 20 to 30 minutes later after they had to file a report and call the medic over and all that good stuff. The night was ruined. My luck was all downhill from there. And to top it off they didn't even offer me a free drink or anything.

It's not a top notch Las Vegas casino but it is great for southwest Florida. The staff is very attentive and they are very nice and you can have a good time here. Lots of slots but there are no $5 tables after a certain hour of the day. Overall this is worth the trip if you like to gamble. You will enjoy it.

I'm not super picky with hotels but this is not worth the price. If I go to a cheap motel, I know what I'm getting into. This isn't suppose to be a cheap motel. I've stayed at cleaner cheap motels.
Odd smell throughout and didn't appear very clean. Front desk area, elevator, hallways, and our room just seemed dingy and musty. Everything just seems worn out. Other guests we met mentioned and joked about the same thing.
The main restaurant's prices weren't too extreme, but the food was not worth the price in any way. To be fair, the French fries were good, but that's about it. When I spoke to the front desk, the man just shrugged and said, "sorry." No attempt to help make it better. He wasn't rude, just seemed to not really care. We left after that. The rest of the staff we spoke to were really nice, and just seemed embarrassed about the place. This is not the same standard of quality one would find at the Hard Rock in Tampa.
