Great fruendly staff

First of all the staff all look numb .. no facial expressions .. the bathrooms get cleaned to often so that's an inconvenience when there closed off ... many slot machine face near the window and makes it nearly impossible to see the screen .. casino cage, rewards desk .. very slow workers they should be trained better to work in a fast moving gaming industry ... Match restaurant average quality nothing special but very overpriced .. I ordered the tacos and they were disgusting and not appealingly to look at .. the buffet is reasonable for lunch .. but dinner buffet over priced and very small buffet choice. I'm giving 3 stars for the casino layout ... all else gets 1 star

I don't gamble so I have never stepped foot inside. I got some free plays from the Chatham Auto Show at the Bradley Center. Decided to stop in after that to try. Nice place. Bar was packed and local band Toast and Jam was playing - cool to hire local talent - that means a LOT! Walked out with some winnings on the slots. Will try again. Had a fun time.

I was tempted to try the buffet. At 17.99, it's a good deal. Sure, the selection isn't like other buffets. But I went for the prime rib. It's excellent, tender, juicy. Sure, the selection isn't large but enough to fill you. I also went to the seafood night. It was very good. You have to go early. The food looks like the advertising. There is the seafood boil. The salmon is excellent. For the price, I'll go just for the food.

I don't write many reviews. The Buffet is worthy of a review. Poor review. I've been to Casino Buffets in the past. Thought since the Cascades Casino Buffet was only months old that we may have a better than average experience. That was not the case. With so many restaurants out there you only get one chance to make an impression. 1st and last time here. See attached photos of 1. Advertisement and 2. Actual.
