We had a reservation for 10am this morning. We showed up 10 minutes early to find there was a lineup. Even though we had reservations, it took us 1/2 an hour to get in. Our time was from 10 to noon. So I would think that anyone that had their till 10, they should have been asked to leave. They are also now selling water and pop. A very small bottle of water is $2.00 from a machine. I suggest you bring your own. This is just my thoughts. Enjoy your visit

Booked a 12 noon session at Brantford last week, the Security folks at the front door were not too friendly and actually kind of rude, they tell you to wear a mask going in and then you have to take the mask off while they take a picture of your face, the staff working on the floor were nice and friendly and they were doing an excellent job keeping the place clean, the washroom was also clean, not too many machines to play, will not go back, it is going to be a pain in the winter time waiting in line to get in. Cannot want until the border re opens to play over there.
